Exhibitor Pricing

  • 10’ x 10’ booth space - $900
  • 40’ x 20’ vehicle space - $1,100

Please note, the vehicle is in the exhibit hall.

All booth spaces include signage and draping; carpeting is NOT included. Booth space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate your selection. A booth will not be assigned to your company until a contract has been received, which indicates your first three choices of space along with a check covering a minimum of 50% of the fee. Prior to mailing in your contract, please double check that you have correctly filled in the “Name to Appear on Booth Sign” line. We are unable to correct this the day of move-in.

Back for 2024: SCANvenger Hunt Lead Retrieval System

Maximize your connections! The most exciting way to connect with funeral service professionals during NYSFDA's Annual Convention is to secure your spot on our SCANvenger Hunt!

The game gives you new opportunities to interact with and educate attendees as they answer questions about your products or service. Bonus: there is a built in lead retrieval system so that after the event you will receive contact information from anyone that scans your company's QR code.

It's easy to participate! As a SCANvenger Hunt participant, you will get a QR code poster for your booth that, when scanned, will send attendees to a question (submitted by you) on their smart phone. For each question correctly answered, points are given. At the end of Convention, attendees with the most points are eligible for a number of great prizes (great motivation to see every participating exhibitor).

On your registration form, be sure to indicate you want to participate in the SCANvenger Hunt this year!

Tuesday, August 20

  • Exhibits Open 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  • Strolling Brunch in Exhibit Hall 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  • Exhibitor Move-Out 1:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Annual President's Reception & Banquet - 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. (purchased ticket required)
